Customer Care 24×7 provides doorstep home appliance repair services in Bangalore, including but not limited to:

  • Microwave Oven Repair

  • AC Repair

All services are provided by independent, locally-based technicians, not by brand-authorized service centers.

2. ⚠️ Brand Affiliation

We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated, endorsed, or authorized by any home appliance brand. Any use of brand names on this website is strictly for product identification purposes only.

3. 💵 Inspection Charges

An inspection/visiting fee of ₹299 is applicable for each service visit. This charge is only collected with the customer’s consent before the technician is dispatched. The inspection fee is non-refundable and is payable whether or not the customer proceeds with the repair.

4. 🧾 Service Estimates & Charges

Upon inspection, a technician will provide a cost estimate for the repair. The customer may choose to proceed or decline the service. Charges for repair and replacement parts (if needed) will vary based on the appliance issue and brand.

5. 🛡️ Warranty

We provide a warranty on services and parts (if applicable), depending on the nature of the repair. Warranty details will be shared by the technician at the time of service. Physical damage, water damage, or tampering voids the warranty.

6. 📄 Data Collection

We collect only basic details required for providing the service:

  • Address

  • Description of the issue

We do not collect cookies, track usage, or sell user data. Your information is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your service request.
